EBC Youth is the Youth Ministry for Edwardstown Baptist Church (EBC) for children in Year 7-12. We are excited to have you and your child join our community. EBC Youth remains committed to fostering a culture of discipleship where young people can have fun in a safe environment where they can engage with God and others.

PERMISSIONS

I give permission for EBC to publicise or print my child's image or photographic likeness and use any video footage that is documented from youth events in any form. *

I understand that:

Edwardstown Baptist Church (EBC) will make every effort to create a safe environment.
Trained and screened adult volunteers may engage appropriately with my young person through social media messaging (if they are over 16), text messages or phone calls.
When advertised, my child will travel via bus or car to participate in activities outside of the EBC complex (we will always put on social media when we are going off-site for a youth event - this usually happens once or twice a term).
While EBC will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment, accidents do occur. I acknowledge that EBC will not be liable for any injury that may occur that arises directly or indirectly from or in connection with EBC Youth activities.

To indemnify and hold harmless EBC Youth and EBC from any claims, liabilities, losses or damages arising out of or in connection with my child’s participation in EBC Youth activities, including personal injury, injury to others, or damage to property.
