Mental health is something we all carry, experience, and are affected by—whether personally, through family, or in our wider community. As a church, we want to create space for honest, compassionate conversations that break stigma, build understanding, and remind people they are not alone.
Join us for Let’s Start a Conversation on Mental Health, featuring three speakers who bring both professional expertise and lived experience.
Jeff Tan is a counsellor and life coach who supports people in emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and navigating life’s challenges.
Justine Court is a counsellor and psychotherapist with extensive experience in mental health and relationships, offering a compassionate and trauma-informed approach to care.
John Maguire brings a powerful lived perspective alongside his professional background in broadcast television and his work as a Beyond Blue speaker. Having walked through depression himself, John now shares his story to bring hope and help reduce stigma around mental illness.
Together, they will help us explore mental health in a way that is practical, honest, and full of hope—encouraging us to better support ourselves and those around us.
We will not be providing a child's program during the event. If you choose to bring your child they will be under your care.
